William Kaufman
William Kaufman (birthdate and location unknown) is an independent action movie filmmaker. While in film school at the University of North Texas, he started his career working in the special effects department, where he learned the intricacies of feature film production from some of the most skilled and talented technicians in the industry. Kaufman has been noted by making great use of low budgets and featuring films with underused actors and realistic looking fight and shoot-out action sequences. He often works with writers such as siblings Chad and Evan Law and John Wick writer Derek Kolstad.
Kaufman typically casts actors such as Cuba Gooding Jr., Cole Hauser and Johnny Strong in his film projects.
