Treat Williams (born December 1, 1951) is a Golden Globe and Emmy award-nominated American actor and a children's book author who has appeared on film, stage and television. He has gone on to appear in over 75 films and several television series, including, most notably, Hair (1979), 1941 (1979), Star Wars: The Empire Strikes Back (with Harrison Ford), Prince of the City (1981), Once Upon A Time In America (1984, with William Forsythe and James Woods), Dead Heat (1988), Things to Do in Denver When You're Dead (1995, with Steve Buscemi), Mulholland Falls (1996, with Rob Lowe, Daniel Baldwin and Titus Welliver), The Phantom (1996), The Deep End of the Ocean (1999), Hollywood Ending (2002), Miss Congeniality 2: Armed and Fabulous (2005, with Ernie Hudson and Sandra Bullock), 127 Hours (2010) and A Little Bit of Heaven (2011). He is also known for his recurring roles on shows such as "Everwood", "White Collar" and "Chicago Fire".
