- Banning must be the one who causes the death.

- Banning killed 13 terrorists in Olympus Has Fallen with a pistol.
- Banning is also skilled in killing terrorists with a knife, as he killed five of them with it in Olympus Has Fallen.
- Banning has been compared by some film critics as being rather similar to the protagonist Jack Bauer on the TV show 24. Ironically, Banning kills the same number of terrorists in Olympus Has Fallen.
