Character Biography[]
Lloyd Shepard has a significant role in the film and is displayed as one of Marshall's most important advisors who is displeased with his sudden turn in foreign policy.
Shepard disagrees with many of the things that Marshall does in the film before the hijacking of Air Force One but eventually leaps in front of Marshall and takes a bullet for him, seriously wounding him. Luckily, Shepard survives and is taken to another plane where he is kept alive and well.
