Air Force One[]
At the Sheremetyevo International Airport, Nevsky joined alongside Korshunov and the others on the runway posing the Russian TV newsmen to get onboard Air Force One. As they were cleared to go onboard, they were met by U.S. Deputy Press Secretary Melanie Mitchel, who got them onboard. Nevsky sat with Boris Bazylev in the middle section in the middle seat.
Meanwhile, their Secret Service mole Gibbs killed the agents guarding the armory and threw a smoke grenade to signal them. Korshunov tells his men it is time and Nevsky joined the others in the armory as they loaded up. Nevsky armed himself with Heckler & Koch H&K MP5 submachine gun and puts on a Kevlar vest. After the men secured that conference room, Nevsky and Bazylev went in the baggage deck to try to capture U.S. President James Marshall, but two remaining Secret Service agents prevented them from getting them. Both he and Bazylev thought President Marshall successful escaped in the escape pod. Nevsky then gained control of the plane which took off after a landing attempt on Ramstein Air Base. Nevsky helped escort the personnel and passengers to the conference room where they will be kept.
At one point in the film, he attempts to fire on the intruder in the lavatory by shooting through the doors. He was later captured by President Marshall and forced to lie to his comrades about the situation. He was then taken down to the parachute ramp along with the hostages so they could parachute out of the plane. When Sergei Lenski shot the door open resulting in severe, sudden decompression, Nevsky was sucked out the loading dock where he fell to his death.
