Counter Measures (sometimes called Crash Dive 2) is a 1998 direct-to-video release directed by Fred Olen Ray and written by Steve Latshaw. It is sometimes labeled as a sequel to the similar Crash Dive and it's script (as well as stock footage from it) were reused for the 2000 release Agent Red when the latter film was going through re-shoots.
