Albert Pyun (born as "Albert F. Pyun" in 1954 in Hawaii, USA) is a Filipino B-movie/low-budget director of cult SciFi-Action movie trash such as Alien from L.A., Cyborg (with Jean-Claude Van Damme and Matt McColm), Nemesis (with Olivier Gruner and Tim Thomerson), Blast and Ticker. He has been compared with the likes of Ed Wood, Jim Wynorski and Fred Olen Ray and often works with the likes of Rutger Hauer, Thom Matthews, Andrew Divoff, Nicholas Guest, Norbert Weisser, Vincent Klyn, Ice-T, Scott Paulin, Gary Daniels, Christopher Lambert and Lance Henriksen.
